iPhone or  iPad Owners – Why Have you not tried out the FREE Dragon Dictation App ?

Many of you we are sure are the proud owners of either an iPad or an iPhone or indeed maybe both . Why not try out the power of voice recognition  on your mobile device ??The good news is that this app is available from your local iTunes Store currently as a FREE download and if you are still a sceptic about the benefits of voice recognition please download this app and give it a go. The app is definitely available for download in the UK and USA but not available from all iTunes Stores unfortunately.

In fact, it’s up to five (5) times faster than typing on the keyboard.

With Dragon Dictation 2.0, you can dictate status updates directly to your Social Networking applications (Facebook and Twitter), send text or email your friends, send notes and reminders to yourself … USING JUST YOUR VOICE. The new Dragon Dictation 2.0 also features multilingual capabilities, giving you the option to switch between a variety of languages.
So when you are on-the-go, turn talk into type with Dragon Dictation 2.0 – from short text messages to longer email messages, and anything in between.

“I’m finding Dragon to be a much faster, more efficient way to spit out e-mail messages, notes, text messages and Twitter updates. It’s really, really cool.” – David Pogue The New York Times
“For me Dragon dictation is a game changing application. The accuracy is outstanding and it’s very easy to use. I immediately notified everyone I know with an iPhone to pick up this application while it’s still free.”– TWebs via iTunes™

This is awesome! I actually downloaded this App about a month ago when I first got my iPhone. A friend recommended it as a “must have” app. Now I see why.

Makes me a little embarrased that I haven’t tried it yet. Time to get started.

Thanks for the great video and post. Tweeted and FB shared!

I have voice recognition on my DroidX phone and I have actually never used it. I am very slow and using new applications because my schedule has been so busy that I don’t take the time to learn something until I absolutely need it. I have also purchased Dragon Naturally Speaking for my computer and have not yet downloaded it and set it up. You have just given me a new goal for this week. Thanks.
