      I am going to have to check out if it works with Canadian phone numbers.

      We get charged outrageous roaming charges when we are in the US. I usually have my phone with me, but only for emergencies.

        It is an online facility and I have friends from all over the world listen to my messages. A while ago I was out and there was some Irish music playing in the background and I shared it with a pal and she really enjoyed listening to it.
